Grown Up Stuff

Arrange Finance - appoint mortgage broker if necessary Appoint a soilicitor (abogados) to handle purchase and mortgage registration Open a bank account and get an NIE

Negotiate a Price

Deposit to be paid to buyers solicitor NOT the vendor and subject to legal search to ensure unencumbered title and no liabilities attached. Any vendor mortgage will be settled as part of the completion process

Subject to Survey

Confirmation of internal living area, terrace size, storage size and parking size No Subsidence or other structural issues

Valuation

Valuation to at least equal the agreed purchase price
