Deposit to be paid to buyers solicitor NOT the vendor and subject to legal search to ensure unencumbered title and no liabilities attached. Any vendor mortgage will be settled as part of the completion process
Confirmation of internal living area, terrace size, storage size and parking size No Subsidence or other structural issues
Valuation to at least equal the agreed purchase price

Completion of purchase and transfer of title if all terms and conditions are met
